What do I need to run it?

A Windows 10 or 11 computer (64-bit). The internet is needed the first time to create your account; after that it keeps working offline.

Can I use it on more than one computer or branch?

Yes. An extra computer is Rs 500 a month and an extra branch is Rs 1,000 a month. Everything stays in sync.

Is my data safe?

Your data is backed up to the cloud and only your shop can see it. You can download your own copy in Excel at any time.

Does it work in Urdu?

Yes. Switch between English and Urdu in Settings.

How do I pay?

JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer or cash. Your shop keeps working while the payment is checked.

How do updates work?

ShopKhata checks for new versions by itself and installs them with one click. Your data stays as it is.
