Which WhatsApp number does it use?
Your own business number, connected to WhatsApp's official business platform. We do the setup with you.
Which languages does it reply in?
The language the customer writes in: Urdu, Roman Urdu or English.
What if it does not know the answer?
It tells the customer you will confirm, and hands the chat to you. It does not guess.
Does it work with ShopKhata?
